ObamaRama Very Different to the Clintini, although related. The drink is very popular in some states, although it is a very new cocktail and actual tastings are limited. Some drinkers say that it looks good but are unsure it actually delivers the goods. Only time will tell.

1 1/2 ounce Vodka Fill your glass with ice. Talk a lot. Pour Vodka into the glass. Talk some more. pour Kahlua into the glass. Increase Taxes. A little coke can also be added. Now serve.
